FM Conway Limited, under the leadership of CEO Andrew Cox, is known for its expertise in roadworks, civil engineering, asphalt, and binders' production. The acquisition, expected to complete in early 2025, is subject to necessary regulatory approvals. VINCI Construction sees this deal as a strategic move to strengthen its position in the lucrative south-east England market.
