Zentiva, a globally recognized pharmaceutical company known for its development and production of high-quality, affordable medicines, has announced a significant change in ownership. Chicago-based private equity firm GTCR has agreed to acquire Zentiva from Advent International for €4.1 billion (~₹36,600 crore).
This acquisition will serve over 100 million people across more than 30 countries, reinforcing Zentiva's commitment to providing essential medicines to a wide audience.
